We work directly with your resort developer to close out your ownership, & all related obligations, giving you the most valid pathway to end ownership. We do not sell, trade, or buy your resort / timeshare ownership.

You no longer need to wait a prolonged amount of time like many other companies will tell you. We can end your resort obligations in an average closing time of 3 to 7 months for the majority of owners.

Pay Us After You're Out

We offer to start your resort closing service with our escrow option that gives you peace of mind knowing we are not paid until you have confirmed all resort related obligations are terminated or no longer valid.

Total Financial Relief

We will eliminate all related financial obligations in connection with the resort e.g. recurring maintenance fees, mortgage/loan debt, special assessments, & if needed, we will provide credit restoration also.
